Studies predict more than two million American manufacturing workers shortage by 2028. PMMI is committed to addressing this critical shortage by raising awareness of promising careers in the packaging and processing industry, providing assistance, and fostering partnerships with schools and programs that prepare people for these essential roles. In 2023 alone, the PMMI Foundation impacted over 12,000 students through programs such as academic scholarships, travel assistance to industry tradeshows, and program donation support.
